In a world where extravagant silhouettes and combinations are created, Saint Laurent, under the direction of Anthony Vaccarello, distinguishes itself with its neatness and minimalism in lines. A perfect construction that starts from the drawing board, and whose simplicity enhances the base garment, without ornaments, and is enriched by the nature of the textiles used in this Fall/Winter 2025-26 Fashion Week, starting with the movement given by elasticity.

It's the greatest amount of color present in a Vaccarello collection, still faithful to all the colors that have represented Saint Laurent. We can observe fuchsia, coral, ochre, emerald, amethyst, terracotta, as well as earth and olive tones in guipure-like fabrics. Haute Couture fabric manipulation techniques were used to create wear and prints on silicone-dipped silk (which gives a leather-ish look), but the firm's emblems were also respected, such as lace blouses.

It's a ready-to-wear collection, and the creative team was very clear about that: creating silhouettes with power shoulders and skirts above the knee, just enough for a modern image of a woman in motion. Aviator-type jackets, gravity-defying bow-type belts, and transparencies in lace and guipure maintain freshness and boldness in an elegant way, keeping the Saint Laurent name high.

The presentation concluded with nine ball gowns. A silhouette no longer so seen in these weeks, which demonstrated its versatility with current styling, implementing leather jackets and high-necked lace sweaters. Black, synonymous with Saint Laurent's elegance, coexists with earth and olive tones, being the only thing necessary to appreciate the impeccable construction of each piece.

It needs no accompaniment. Vaccarello made his position in the fashion industry very clear: if he wants to make couture, he will create couture, but the important thing is to appreciate the immaculate construction of the garments, without accompaniment, even of accessories. Neatness at its highest level and a styling proposal that could set a trend.
