The complete list of nominees for the 2025 Oscars has been revealed. Despite delays and the devastation of Hollywood due to wildfires, the show must go on. 

With just a month to go before the ceremony on March 2, it’s time to catch up on all the films and critique the Academy’s decisions. Here’s your guide to the nominees and where to watch them. 

Let’s start with the most-nominated films: Emilia Pérez, leading with 13 nominations, is now playing in Mexican theaters (have you read our review yet?). Following closely is Wicked with 10 nominations, now streaming on Prime Video if you missed it on the big screen. The Brutalist hits theaters on January 24. 

For those with 8 nominations, get your tickets ready: Conclave is already in theaters, while A Complete Unknown arrives on February 28. Anora, celebrating 6 nominations, is also showing in theaters. Meanwhile, Dune: Part 2 and The Substance, both tied with 5 nominations, are available on Max and Mubi, respectively. Nosferatu, with 4 nominations, is nearing the end of its theatrical run, so catch it soon. Finally, I’m Still Here, nominated in three categories, lands in Mexico on February 20. 

Other must-watch nominees include The Wild Robot, Gladiator II, and The Apprentice, all available on Prime Video. Nickel Boys joins the list on February 27. Sing Sing will hit theaters on February 13, while A Real Pain premieres on January 25. Flow is also on its way out of theaters, so act fast. 

On streaming platforms, you’ll find Memoir of a Snail, The Girl with the Needle, The Seed of the Sacred Fig, and September 5 on MUBI; Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl, The Six Triple Eight, and María on Netflix; A Different Man on Apple TV; and Elton John: Never Too Late and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes on Disney+. 

This year’s nominations have brought us an array of standout films, surprises, and a few that make us question their inclusion.
