FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT: DONALD TRUMP'S NEW FRAGRANCE
Kevin Gorian
In just over a month, Donald J. Trump is set to once again take the helm of what, after two hot and one cold war, has come to be considered the most powerful country in the world. But in the meantime, the former president hasn’t been wasting any time. Leveraging his relentless notoriety, Trump has jumped into the beauty industry—because, like any other celebrity (and let’s not forget, above all else, Trump is a showman—if you don’t believe me, just check his IMDb page)—by launching his own fragrance: FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT. A fitting name for the troublemaker beloved by suburban right-wing families and porch-sitters admiring their waving red, white, and blue flags while wondering if tariff increases will affect Taco Bell prices.
As a “savvy” businessman, Trump sees every moment as a sales opportunity. That’s why the biggest MAGA advocate decided to use a cordial encounter he shared with Jill Biden at the reopening of Notre Dame to promote a perfume no one asked for. “A fragrance your enemies can’t resist!” wrote the president-elect on the all-American social network Truth Social, accompanied by a photo of himself with Joe Biden’s wife, proving he’s never heard the saying, “Stop fighting when you’ve already won.”
But let’s get to the cologne. FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT was conceived by the star of “Home Alone 2” as a "victory lotion," because, as Trump puts it, “We all want to win. We want to win as a nation. We want to win as a family.” As of this article’s writing, I couldn’t find details on the official website about the fragrance's actual scent, so I can only assume it smells like “winning”—whatever that means to you.
It’s worth noting that by 12:37 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT was already sold out—both the men’s and women’s versions. And if you live outside the United States, it doesn’t matter anyway, because they didn’t ship beyond the country’s borders. Oh, and it was priced at $199.00. You could probably spend that money better—check out our list of the season’s must-have perfumes. You’re welcome.
