AUDEMARS PIGUET: AP HOUSE MIAMI & SHAI GILGEOUS-ALEXANDER
The Walk
An Oasis of Design and Contemporary Art
Conceived as a space to build connections, the AP House provides a platform to foster deeper relationships with clients. The 7,300-square-feet of interior space seamlessly blends with a large outdoor terrace. For the interior design, Audemars Piguet collaborated with Miami-based design team Studio DADO, drawing inspiration from the Swiss village of Le Brassus, where the brand has been rooted since 1875. The result is a visual delight that features blush tones, soft edges, and natural materials: stone, wood, metals and textured glass.
The brand's long-standing affinity with music, contemporary art, and gastronomy is woven throughout the AP House Miami experience. Guests can unwind in a lounge with bespoke furniture or explore a dedicated listening corner featuring a record player with hand-selected iconic albums.
Art takes center stage: contemporary artworks on display include sculptures by Brazilian artist Sallisa Rosa, whose ceramic works reflect her personal history and heritage. Additional works are graciously lent by Wilde Gallery (Geneva) - a friend of the brand's contemporary art commissioning program, Audemars Piguet Contemporary. All this while guests move through a micro-museum of the brand's finest timepieces or consult with experts at a dedicated watchmaker's hutch.
"We look forward to welcoming guests into our newest space that reflects both the spirit of AP and the energy of Miami, defined by hospitality, creativity, and a vibrant cultural point of view," said Louis-Gabriel Fichet, CEO, Audemars Piguet Americas.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: The New Friend of the Brand
Alongside this celebration of spaces, Audemars Piguet continues to strengthen its ties with cultural and sports pioneers. NBA star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has officially joined Audemars Piguet as a Friend of the Brand, highlighting his role as a fashion icon and avid collector of haute horlogerie.
Known for his growing AP collection, Shai has a specific predilection for the Royal Oak, frequently sporting the Blue Ceramic Perpetual Calendar model.
The Canadian point guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder is a four-time NBA All-Star and was named MVP of the 2024-25 season. He has forged his career through a constant and conscious dedication to hard work, a philosophy he also applies off the court that resonates perfectly with the centuries-old values of Audemars Piguet.
