That was the proposition for the Fall/Winter 2026 ready-to-wear Women’s Fashion Week.

At first glance, the masculine power suit merges with precise tailoring that cinches the waist. Structured shoulder padding is replaced by softer drapes that continue to emphasize the silhouette, while oversized cuts elongate the body until they nearly graze the floor.

Following the now-recognizable “lacquered” lace introduced in Spring 2026, the color palette takes a decisive turn this season. Deep browns, mahogany, dusty pinks, and even cerulean tones envelop the Saint Laurent woman, treating her as a carved sculpture.
