Now, Lázaro Hernández and Jack McCollough—veterans who spent the past 23 years overseeing the creative direction of Proenza Schouler (and yes, it’s worth noting they also founded the label)—are stepping in to bring their own special touch to the Spanish brand.

While many names were floated and rumored, the American designer duo is without a doubt a surprise—and a welcome one.
