Anya Taylor-Joy stars in “With Love, Since 1837,” the holiday campaign from Tiffany & Co., taking us through New York like never before.
Today, October 31, 2024—according to our calendar in the year of our Lord—many cities around the world might be celebrating Halloween, but in a few hours, it’ll be November; which means we’re that much closer to December; which means Christmas is just around the corner. As department stores have been reminding us since early September, nothing is more important once fall hits than the holiday season. Where am I going with this SEO-challenged intro? That this particular Thursday was the perfect day for Tiffany & Co.—yes, the jewelry brand you’ve heard of—to drop their Holiday 2024 campaign, starring—and I'm standing up as I write this—the empress Furiosa herself, also known as Anya Taylor-Joy.
The campaign is called “With Love, Since 1837,” a nod, as you might know, to the year Tiffany was founded. In the images, shot by Carljin Jacobs, Anya strikes various poses showcasing some of the brand’s most iconic collections, like Tiffany T and Knot. This time, the portraits are complemented by product images where Jacobs emphasizes, with striking elegance, the beauty of the materials that make up Tiffany’s coveted pieces, leaving us all wishing for more diamonds in our lives.
As for the video, directed by Jonas Lindstroem, it takes us through various iconic spots in a dreamy New York—the city where the brand was born—while the actress wears pieces from collections like HardWear, highlighting their versatility and showing how each piece stands out as a special gift—assuming the budget allows, of course.
Aside from the brand’s legacy and its connection to the Big Apple, the various bonds of love are another key theme in this campaign, which you can now enjoy in physical or digital formats in many parts of the world.
Let’s not forget that Anya has been a global ambassador for Tiffany for three years now, and last year she made her mark as the face of the brand’s high jewelry collection, Blue Book 2023: Out of the Blue.
What other wonders does this duo have in store for us in the coming months? We can only wait to find out.
